The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Any personal information that you may submit to bebe&me through this website is used for the sole purpose of direct customer correspondence and order processing and will not be shared with any third party without your prior written consent. We respect your privacy and under no circumstances on sell any information collected to third party marketers. 



  • Shipping & Delivery
  • We Post Australia Wide & Internationally

    bebe&me happily deliver to anywhere within Australia and proudly keep our postal prices transparent - meaning no nasty surprises when you check out and no need to join up to our website for cart totals to be revealed. 

    Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout and are displayed once you have clicked the 'Pay with Paypal' button. You will then be prompted to review your order before proceeding with payment.

    To keep delivery as economical as possible for our customers, we calculate postage based on the weight and bulkiness of your purchased item/s, meaning you only pay for the level of service you need. 

    All delivery services come with their own tracking number (see below) and items are packaged well to avoid damage in transit. 

    We offer both a standard and express delivery service plus additional insurance cover up to $100 at checkout for your convenience. 

    All orders placed before 3pm AEST are packaged and dispatched that same day. Orders placed after 3pm AEST are generally posted the next business day, however may still make the post that day. We will advise you promptly via email if a delay in delivery is expected.  

    INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: We are more than happy to post any of our items to an overseas address, either as a personal purchase or when you purchase items as a gift for an overseas friend/relative. To place your order, please email us at info@bebeandme.com.au so that a postal quote can be arranged. 


    Delivery Costs

     Delivery costs are calculated on the total weight of your shopping cart and/or the bulkiness of the items you have purchased. As a guide, the weight of each product can be found at the base of each product description. The table below outlines what we charge for delivery.

    Parcel Tracking

    All services offered provide a tracking service. Your tracking number and instructions on how to track your parcel will be emailed to you via Australia Post shortly after your order has been processed. Remember to check your Spam folder if your email notification hasn't arrived as expected.

    Expected Delivery Times

    Delivery time depends on whether Regular or Express delivery is chosen and the location of your postal address within Australia. Regular delivery generally takes 2-5 business days whilst Express delivery is guaranteed to arrive the next business day provided the postal address supplied is within the Australia Post Express Network. Addresses outside of the Express Post Network generally take between 2-3 business days to arrive, depending upon the remoteness of your location.

    Parcel Content Insurance

    Postage with insurance cover up to the value of $100 can be selected at checkout. A signature will be required upon delivery. If no-one is available to accept the package the parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection at your earliest convenience. 

    For all parcels sent via Express Delivery, insurance is included in the delivery cost and covers goods up to the value of $50. If additional insurance is required please contact us to obtain a postal quote.



  • Warranties
  • Product Warranty

    We make a point of only stocking quality products that meet current Australian Safety Standards or Infant Nursery Product Association of Australia approval where safety standards do not yet apply. Each product is inspected thoroughly prior to shipping. In the rare circumstance that a product arrives faulty, please contact us as at your earliest convenience and we will organise a replacement item immediately at no additional expense to you. 

    A selection of our products are backed by generous extended warranty periods. Please refer to each individual product for more detailed information. If a problem arises during the warranty period simply contact us and the product will be replaced at no additional expense to you. 


    Liability

    bebe&me is not liable for any damages, including any consequential damages, of any kind that may result to the user from the use of the products on this website. Please ensure you read the instructions for each product carefully before use and ensure your child is supervised at all times. 



  • Return Policy
  • Change of Mind Returns

    We believe in our products and back them up with a 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase once it arrives, a full refund of the purchase price will be given, no questions asked. To enable us to honour our 100% satisfaction money-back policy, we ask that contact be made within 48 hours of your products arrival. In addition, products must be returned to us in a new, unused condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. The initial cost of delivery and return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.  An invoice will be emailed with payment details for return postage. Discounted sale stock excluded. Understandably, our swim nappies can not be refunded once they have been tried on your little one for hygiene reasons.
